Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT) on business days will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time & Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
a) Standard Delivery (West Malaysia)

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout
b) Standard Delivery (East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak)

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

c) Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only)

Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT)

d) International Shipping

4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL, and Grab Express (for same-day delivery) to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

You may track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
If you experience delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order details.
Please note that WebTech Mall is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos of the package and items for verification.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the assessment of the case.
