How It Works

1. Introduction

At WebTech Mall, we are committed to providing quality electronic products and transparent after-sales support. This Return / Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery;

  • The item must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging included;

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification;

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that are found to be defective upon first use (DOA) are eligible for return or replacement.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@webtechmall.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Shipping the Return
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or replacements (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable;

  • Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account;

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for:

  • Items that are defective upon arrival (DOA);

  • Items that were incorrectly delivered.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.

 

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation;

  • Items with physical damage, burn marks, or liquid exposure;

  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties;

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items;

  • Software, digital products, or license keys (if applicable).

 

7. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

After the return period has expired, products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and may require inspection or repair instead of a refund.
